• Solid expertise and strong convictions on all major CSR topics, with ideally a previous experience in defining and implementing a CSR Strategy • Candidates with experience in hospitality and/or food industries are especially interesting. • Business and growth driven, financial and commercial acumen. • Strong communicational and influential skills. • Previous experience creating innovative sustainability solutions with positive business impact would be a plus. • Self-starter profile, • Strong change management skills, capable of influencing, challenging and questioning high-level stakeholders. • Global mindset, cross-cultural experience and skills. • Able to accept ambiguity, change in plans, NO GO for a project. • Understand data management importance and challenges. • Fluency in English is a must. French would be a plus.
