Bachelor's Degree or higher related studies to business, economics, etc.
5+ years working experience in management consulting, customer experience, CRM or
customer facing technology, or sales, distribution or agency transformation experience
is preferred, candidates with less experienced will be considered for Senior Associate
title
In-depth knowledge on customer centric trends, leading practices and customer / front
office related technology solutions
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a strong sense of
ownership;
Bi/Multi-lingual (English + at least one Asian language)
