Each day will be a thrilling journey as you actively engage in: ● Deal Execution Assistance: Take an active part in the execution of deals by drafting crucial transaction documents, conducting screenings of potential buyers and/or acquisition targets, and efficiently organizing the due diligence process. ● Origination Process Involvement: Contribute to the origination process by preparing compelling pitch books and conducting comprehensive company and industry analyses. Your input will be instrumental in shaping our approach to potential opportunities. ● Valuation Expertise: Gain hands-on experience in valuation, including the art of modeling (DCF) and thorough research on multiples of comparable companies and relevant transactions. Your insights will contribute to making informed decisions throughout the valuation process. ● Business Development Support: Collaborate with the Business Development team in creating new leads and prospects.
