Everything that's changing with Whats4u.org

Whats4u, a group set up and run by associations of alumni from leading universities to help their graduates make the transition from one career to another, is keen to make its mission of providing services more visible, both in terms of content and form.

So, what's for you?

Simplified browsing

A service created by alumni associations for their alumni had to be integrated into their own websites! From now on, alumni no longer need to create an account outside their association website to take advantage of Whats4u services. By logging on to your alumni association website, you can find out about vacancies shared by Whats4u, events organised by the group, access to GoinGlobal and Lifelong Learning. For recruiters, the process is equally straightforward: you can post vacancies on this site, or, if you are used to posting vacancies on one of the websites of the associations that are members of the collective, tick the box that authorises your vacancy to be shared with all the other associations in the network, killing eighteen birds with one stone!

Faced with the abundance of data available on the internet concerning job offers, our approach is to identify recruiters who are particularly interested in talent from our member schools by pooling job offers submitted directly by recruiters or alumni to Whats4u or to each of the member alumni associations. These job offers are published directly on the job boards of each alumni association.

A new graphic identity

Whats4u has its "h" back (no more acronym), the baseline "connecting alumni, inspiring futures" is a clear expression of our mission, and the .org extension is a reminder of the structure of our project. Matched with a modern logo, whose graphic design combines roundness and signage, all in a dynamic blue, this inspiring identity reflects the objective of our collective: to support alumni in their professional development, helping them to find a clear direction while cultivating flexibility and adaptability.

Thanks to our partner Adrenaline, the communication agency who worked on its creation!
